thank you all...I was just checking my reality..we all
seem to be in agreement that sprouted grain breads do
not mysteriously loose their gluten
somewhere..although I'm still not clear about
wheatgrass..something about the fact that it has not
produced the kernal yet( or forked or something as a
health food store employee told me!!). I think one
thing that I am clear on is that there are alot of
misinformed people out there in positions of
informing..I apologize for not having the energy to
look up the exact misinformation info in "eat right
for your blood type"  or also another gluten/ spelt
error in Gary Nulls book as well...be well, Donna
