I have been diagnosed celiac for well over 15 years and went from blank looks to looks of recognition.

My non celiac daughter works on 57th St in Manhattan and told me very excitely that she's seeing more and more restaurants listing "gf" items on their menus. For example Pret a Manger art1350 Sixth Ave regularly has gf soups on their menu and she found a Brasilian bakery in the Village...Puff and Pao at 105 Christoffer St has Paolitos which are gf.

Way to GO!!
