I ran accross a company that makes GF flours and lots of recipes
enclosed.  Someone asked about chocolate chip cookies.  I ate the
cookies made with this flour and couldn't taste a difference between the
non-gf.  My husband is gluten intolerant and I eat what I bake for him,

mix to be used in a machine or without, pancake mix, and the flour.
There are recipes included for, cookies, cakes, pie crust, brownies.  A
favorite in our family is the banana bread.
