This is a long shot question, but if you have any ideas on how to
prepare, that would be great. I am traveling to Namibia and Botswana
next month, and have no idea about the availability of GF items in these
countries. I will be traveling with a small group, and will have a guide
with us for all of the Namibia piece. I have made my needs clear, but
still I want to have emergency food with me, as I do not expect
individual hostelers to totally understand the GF diet.
If you have traveled to either of these countries, can you advise on
what to expect?

Thanks!
Chris in CA
