We just returned from a trip to Sea World. It was my son's birthday and he wanted to "dine with Shamu". We called ahead to ask about gluten free food. The chef Jerry Dollar called back found out all of our restrictions, then called back to confirmed a menu plan. They were awesome. I would highly recommend anyone go there.
