Tony Roma's in Waikiki- sauces are GF, so ribs are ok. Try Vietnamese
restuarants in Chinatown- fish sauce is GF, so most meals ok. Plate Lunches
are interesting all over Hawaii, but watch for soy sauce- it's in most
dishes, is always Kikkoman, which has wheat

I was told there is a health food store 5 minutes from Waikiki that has gf
stuff available.

Some people suggested bringing my own food. Oahu is currently trying to get
a support group started.
