We have a lot of different food allergies to deal with around our house, and
when I buy bread mixes or pre-made loaves, there's always an ingredient that
someone can't eat.  I've decided, at long last, that I really need a good GF
sandwich bread that works for the whole family.

Would you be able to send the recipe for your absolutely favorite sandwich
bread?  I can compare any recipes I receive and make adjustments and
substitutions for us if need be, but it would be great to see what the
proportions and ingredients are for the best breads.  I haven't done much
baking before, and I'm sure this will save me literally months of trial and
error, so I really appreciate anyone taking the time to educate me!
