We struck paydirt in today's Times.  The recipe section has TWO gf recipes.  One is Feta crackers [flourless] and the other is an Irish Whiskey cake which can be made with almond flour and the alcohol of your choice.

The crackers are an oven version of the kind you can make on the top of your stove in a non-stick pan using most kinds of cheeses.  The most famous, up to this pt, is parmesan.
