  I want to thank everyone for their information and time.  I have been on the listserv for about 2 weeks.  I was unaware that both vinegar and grain alcohols were GF.  That is a great thing to know and helps with label reading.  Large number of replies listed the following vanillas specifically as GF.
McCormicks
Tones
Durkee
Adams Brand
Frontier

It was also suggested that Sams, Costco, and BJs have these brands in large amounts at better prices.  One person sent be directions on how to make my own (very interesting).  If you would like this info please email me and I will send it to you.
