For the past few year I've been using either Manishewitz or Streit's potato pancake mix  to make my latkes, one or the other of them telling me that their mix was gluten free or at least gluten free from one particular factory, but this year they are both saying their mixes are NOT gluten free.  In fact Streit's is now putting matzo meal in their potato pancake mix!  Back to grating potatoes? Does anyone know of another brand which is gf (in the US)?
