To follow up on Paula's warning on Odense Marzipan including glucose syrup
made from wheat, does anyone know what marzipan is safe these days? Last
year I was having strong gluten-type reactions to several German marzipans,
and I think the problem was the same (although it was unlabeled on the
brands I tried). I even reacted to one of my old marzipan-including
favorites, Mozart Kugeln! My guess is that more than one company switched
over to the new formulation.

If anyone knows of marzipan which is definitely gluten-free, let me know and
I will summarize.

Thank you - and Happy New Year!

Kirsten
