Hi All,
 
I received about 20 responses. Every one is very positive about their
experience. No one got sick and they received bread daily for breakfast
and dinner. One has to talk to the Maitre D' on the day of boarding, the
head waiter will take care that the correct food items are served. Best
is to pick the menu for the next day and chose the fixed seating.
However buffet bar is available and has plenty of choices as well. The
staff seems to be very educated and knowledgeable on our diet and is
always helpful.  3 people mentioned that special requests, such as a
special dessert or a wider selection of foods can easily be
accommodated, just for the asking for it. None had a shadow of a bad
experience. Thanks to all for sharing your great experience with me, I
am now looking much forward to this cruise.
