Dear Listmates:

I've just posted a new white bread recipe on my website:
http://home.comcast.net/~vhdolcourt/bread . It is Experiment 7. The recipe
is straight forward and easy to make. If you want to skip directly to the
recipe, enter the following into your browser:
http://home.comcast.net/~vhdolcourt/bread/Experiment-7.html . Like all of my
other experimental recipes, this one uses Expandex to improve the texture.
This bread can be eaten at room temperature and has enough stretch to make
sandwiches that don't crumble. The bread has enough body to be sliced
thinly. The recipe also incorporates a little corn flour to improve the
moisture retention. This improvement was the suggestion of one of the
Southern California readers of this list. It works great!

Let me know if this recipe works for you.
