     You are in for a treat  A celiac friend close by makes the sour dough
bread on the red star pamplet. It is great and I never get tired of it.  Put
a slice in the micromo and boom , taste like right out of the bread maker.
     the number for red star in US is   800-445-4746

                        Gluten free in Tennessee
