The Gluten-Free Pantry at P.O. Box 881, Glastonbury, Ct. 06033, phone
1-800-633-3826 sells a mix for Bagels. I haven't personally made them
yet, but have tasted them made by someone else and they are good.
For those of you who do not wish to make bagels, but purchase
them already baked, The Gluten Free Cookie Jar, P.O. Box 52, Trevose,
PA. 19053, phone 1-215-355-9403 sells sesame and poppyseed bagels.
They come individually wrapped with recomendations to freeze and how
to warm in microwave before use. I've tried the sesame ones and they
are delicious! They ship throughout the U.S.
BTW, they also sell pretzels and pretzel nuggets which are
superb! I have no connection with either company; just enjoy their products
