listmembers,

my wife and I would like to bake a GF challah, and would be interested to
hear of any experience you might have had with challah recipes. We tried
once before (although we do not have a bread machine), using the GF
Pantry's recipe based on their french bread/pizza mix, and the result was
edible, but dry. Has anyone tried modifying this recipe (e.g., adding
another egg or egg white), or had any luck with other challah recipes that
were both GF and a reasonable facsimile in terms of loaf shape? thanks.
