I suggest downloading and reading the Milk Substitute FAQ that is stored on
the list server. It has been recently updated. It is mostly a compilation of
various people's opinions of the different ones available in the
marketplace. You can retrieve it by sending GET CELIAC MILKALT in a message
body to [log in to unmask] (note this is not the list address for
messages).
