here is the most current information.

The most current edition (the 6th edition) was published in October 2001, and
the 7th edition will be available in August, 2002.  The cost for the 6th
edition is $10.00 and 7th edition will probably cost $12.00.  Please phone
their office (402-558-0600) in August to find out when you can order the
newest edition, or check their website for availability.  Their website is
