I received the following response from Tillamook and thought I would pass it on.

Thank you for your email asking if Tillamook products are gluten free! You will be happy to hear that all of our cheese, butter, sour cream and yogurt are gluten free.
Most of our ice cream is also gluten free with the exception of Caramel Toffee Crunch, Cookies and Cream, Cookie Dough, Grandma’s Cake Batter, Fireside S’mores and Marionberry Pie.
