Dear Friends,
Does anyone have a simple good recipe for making rolls. I want to make
my son rolls for his hamburgers, hot dogs etc. I have tried to make
rolls from the bread mix that I use but they didn't turn out too good.
I kind of made them on a jelly roll pan and then sliced the would be
roll in half. It was just like having two slices of bread so it didn't
seem like a roll. I have also tried to buy some sort of roll baking
equipment but have not found any such thing. I know some of you guys
out there are probably making rolls all the time and they are great so
let me know what to do. As always you all are in my prayers daily. I
especially pray for the younger celiacs as they have a harder time
excepting this life long diet and don't understand why they have to be
different.

I have one more request. I have been trying for over a week now to get
into the archives. I can't find my original instructions for the list
serve which I think would tell me how to access the archives. So, if
someone out there isn't too busy could you please send the instructions
on how to do it.

God Bless you and yours,
Donna,
Flemington, NJ
