Hi all,

   I've been lucky enough to know that I have CD for nearly all my life,
but now that I am of the legal drinking age I have no clues as to what
is safe.

   I have noticed several people asking for information on alcohol in
the past month on the celiac list, and I have a proposal:

  I am planning to put together a list of safe alcohols for celiacs.  I
have some space to put up the list on a web page, or alternatly I could
make a FAQ file to be posted to the group every so often.

   In order to do this, I need some help, though.  Namely, I would like
anyone who has any information on alcohol that is safe for celiacs to
e-mail me that info.  Also information on triple-sec and other liquids
used behind the bar that are safe would be helpful.

   I'll compile the list and when I put together the list, I'll post it
to the group.
