The Massachusetts and Rhode Island Celiac Support Group for Children
will hold its meeting Wednesday, June 7, 2000 at 6:30 p.m. at the Hasbro
Children's Hospital, Providence, Rhode Island in rooms 151 a & b. Our
guest speaker for the evening will be Dr. Linda Shalon, Pediatric
Gastroenterologist and medical advisor to CSGC.  Dr. Shalon will be
discussing Celiac Disease, the importance of family testing, the genetic
link and current medical information as well as having a question and
answer period.  We will be showing a movie for the children in an
adjoining room and ask you to bring a movie-type snack to share.
Beverages will be provided.  All interested Celiacs and their families
are invited to attend, regardless of age.  We welcome adult Celiacs as
well and look forward to meeting you.  Don't miss this wonderful
