I  called the Taylor Provisions Company at 1-800-772-7126, the makers of Taylors Pork Roll in Trenton, New Jersey.  They were pleasant and cooperative and stated that they do not add any wheat, barley, rye or oats to their product.  They do  not make any other products in their plant other than Taylors Pork Roll.    The ingredients in their product do not contain any gluten.  They believe that Taylors Pork Roll is gluten free.  They do not speak for the products that are fed to the animals.  I guess I'll just go and have me a Taylor's ham sandwich.
