Thanks again to everyone who will help make my trip home easier. I'm going
to see a couple doctors and plan to buy a couple crates of GF foods as
well.

I have no financial or other connection with any of these businesses and
have not been to any of the doctors.

Restaurants/Food

Charlie Brown's
Washington Township, NJ
great steak restaurant where my husband never gets sick
We really do well in most places with explanation.
(This is actually in my hometown, but I had to send e-mail across the
Atlantic to be reminded about it!)

For food Indian restaurants are the easiest to eat at. Mainly have to be
sure they don't use tomato paste in their curry dishes. Southern Indian
(there are some in NYC) are even better as they will have mostly rice based
appetizers.

Foods By George, in Glen Rock, NJ (Bergen County).
wholesale manufacturer of wheat-free, gluten-free baked items and
pasta products ranging from rolls, cakes and cookies to pizza, pasta,
lasagna and manicotti.

Note for people avoiding potatoes: GF flour base contains potato flour
