Hi,
I just wanted to share with all of you the results of my daughter's endoscopy. This is the daughter who I inquired about diabetes and celiac. After seeing an endocrinologist and Pedi. GI, everything seems normal, in all areas. The endoscopy showed no signs of villous atrophy, no inflammation, enzymes okay, all was great. This means that she is doing a great job of eating gluten free. She was diagnosed three years ago. With all of the questions we(this list) have about how long it takes our guts to heal and are we truly eating gluten free, this came as wonderful feedback and confirmation that it is possible!!
Enjoy your holidays,
Juli of NC
