Happy New Year Everyone!

About a year ago, I did research on blue cheese and found that rarely
(if ever?) were bread crumbs used in making blue cheese. But what
about roquefort? I know the method has been closely guarded for
generations and Roquefort can only be made in one region of France. I
don't care HOW it's made, I just want to know if it contains gluten.
Several months ago I wrote asking that of the mayor of the town in
France where roquefort cheese is made. No reply.
So, to a French coeliac: Can you find out for all of us if Roquefort
is gf?

Thanks!
