I need the name of a doctor in Chapel Hill/Durham/Raleigh (or within 200
miles) who has experience doing skin biopsies for dermatitis herpetiformis
and IgA deposits (and, hopefully with the use of iodine patches).

Because I was unable to get an intestinal biopsy until after fully
recovering on a grain free diet, I have never been definitively diagnosed.
Several members of my family have problems possibly caused by celiac.
Without a definite diagnosis myself, I cannot convince them to get a
screening test.

I have skin problems caused by recent unintentional exposure (in spices, of
all things!). If I test positive for DH they'll take the blood antibody
screening test.

I have been 17 years basically on a very very gluten free (and grain free)
diet. Not surprisingly my blood antibody screen was negative.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
