I can't believe the number of responses I got to my inquiry on how long it
would take for a 60 year old man to return his bowell habits to normal.
Generally, the responses boiled down to the following:  1.  Accidental
ingestion of Gluten. (listerine, licking envelopes, balsalmic vinegar mixed
with grain vinegar, eating out, etc.  2.  It can take anywhere from a couple
of months to several years, or never, for his bowells to return to "normal".
3.  Going 60 yeras without diagnosis can substantially increase the length of
time it takes to heal.  Again, thanks to a wonderful bunch of people.
