Thanks for your responses.  Everyone but one said that immodium is gluten free.
 
Some people take it daily, regularly as prescribed by their doctor.  People said to watch overdoing it to cause constipation.  Some said it can cause drowsiness.  
Many said to not use a anti-diarrheal if you have ingested gluten because it will keep gluten damaging the small intestine longer.  One said that Dr. fine said to take pepto bismol daily to slow things down.  Other options to immodium:  veratrum alb 30c, l-glutamine and probiotics (culterelle), take citricel.  Also, watch for magnesium...it can cause diarrhea.  Hope this helps!  Sandi
