If anyone is interested in following Dimitrios' suggestions, I just checked the price of the Cloche Baquette on the Williams Sonoma site.  It is on sale for 34.99 (reg. price is 48.00).  Just thought I would pass the information along to the group.  And a special thank you to Dimitrio's for all of his advice on bread baking.  I certainly appreciate it!
