My youngest daughter was "sort of" diagnosed with Celiac in October '96.
She had a positive Endomysial test and her biopsy showed some villous
atrophy. It was not full blown Celiac but her doctor said there was damage
and suggested she go on the diet and have another biopsy in 4-6 months. In
that time I fugured her hemoglobin would have come up. It was 109 in
September. She just had another blood test last week and it is still 109.
If she has been on the diet since October shouldn't her intestine be healed
enough to start absorbing iron again?

Greatful for this list :)
