With reference to the BASCO bread mix - m wife gets this for me quote a lot
and we have found that the mix works just as well in the oven or a bread
maker - I just use the light setting and off it goes.  The bread is probably
a little - shall I say - sturdier than an oven loaf, but is still quite
delicious.
