I have other malfunctions other than Celiac, but I also have heat intolerance
and I need lots of fluids.  I have CFIDS and MCS - Multiple Chemical
Sensitivities.  These have caused many food allergies (gluten being among
them).  My mother also has CFIDS and MCS and she has found that she needs to
drink a lot of water when she never needed to before.
