Below is a response I received from 505 salsa (www.505chile.com):
Let me help clarify.
The Salsa does not have any flour in it so it has always been GF. Natural and
organic Salsa is GF.
The green chile sauce use to have wheat flour in it but we switched to rice
flour last fall so it is now GF as well. Both the natural green chile sauce
and the organic green chile sauce are GF. We redesigned the label to state
GF. We are redesigning the web site now to include all the products.
