Greetings to all:
Occasionally I need a fiber supplement and saw a Safeway product called Fiber Supplement that said gluten free right on the front label. Not until later after taking some I read on the back it contained wheat dextrin but because it was 10ppm it was considered gluten free. I know I had a reaction to it. I also noticed that the Metamucil package also now says 10ppm. Does anyone know of a fiber product that is truly gluten free?
