In all fairness, after venting about the lack of desire to assist the
celiac community shown by TGIF's, I just hung up with Ruby Tuesday's and
they were MORE THAN accommodating.  They were willing to create any
combination of foods that would suit my daughter.  The manager also
offered to cook everything separately, as he put it, "so it doesn't
touch anything else".  (He didn't use the cross contamination words but
sure knew the concern it presented.)

I will be patronizing Ruby Tuesday and not TGIF's.   Terry in Illinois
