Gluten Intolerance Group in Seattle has an excellent restaurant card. The
card from Celiac USA is pretty technical for your average wait-person to read
and understand. It's both hard to read and hard to understand. The GIG card
is well written, concise, and effective. Contact GIG - join GIG, they have a
careful but more livable view on living with gluten intolerance than does
Celiac USA.
