I just wanted to agree with Jo about Mr. Ritts.  I took 2 Mr. Ritts
desserts to a baby shower recently.  A sour cream apple tart and a
chocolate cake with real bananas and real whipped cream.  Everyone raved
about the desserts; they were a huge hit.  I have been dreaming about
having another one of those chocolate/banana/whipped cream cakes ever
since.  I LOVE Mr. Ritts!
