I just wanted to encourage folks in Colorado to call their local IHOP and request they add the gluten free pancake. I spoke with a manager at our local one in castle rock and he said that they are getting a few new kinds of pancakes in June and one might be a gluten free one.   What states have already added these? It might help to be able to tell them others have this option already.
