Sorry for the delay.  Thanks to all for sharing your information.
I didn't really get a clear answer on the calcium gluconate except that Vance
quoted the dictionary for me-"gluconate salt of gluconic acid, obtained by
oxidation of glucose".  Thanks Vance.

Some of you even gave me the name and address of your local health food
stores that would mail them to me.  That was so very nice of you.

I ordered two boxes from Miss Roben's.  Due to poor packaging by the
manufacturer, several of the cones were broken or crushed.  This is an issue
with several other products that are mail ordered-i.e. Schar crackers, Ener-G
crackers, etc.  If companies are going to charge so  much for their products,
they need to be able to deliver them in one piece.
