My computer-geek step-son forwarded the following to me today. Perhaps  
it will interest some iPhone users on the list. I gave it a quick look  
and didn't buy it (small fee) for myself, but it looks like it might  
be very helpful to people who don't cook and/or are relatively new to  
the gluten free drill. Take a look, and decide for yourself:
