Here in NYC the local news on CBS had a lead story about the serious condition...celiac.

Some interesting pts....there are now over 2 MILLION celiacs in the US

The blood test was the diagnositc tool of choice.  There was no mention of a gluten challenge!

They mentioned all the gf food available and how restaurants are catering to their gf clients.  What a change in the 15 years since I was diagnosed!!
