I have been bringing lunch to my 5 Th. grade daughter with celiac at school?
Since the school lunches are not GF. This seems to be the only alternative
for her to have a hot lunch. Some teachers have complained regarding this.
Also at school functions, She has had a difficult time get GF snack/lunch.
Comment have been made about her being spoiled by her parents. Our wish is
that she have as normal a life as possible.

Is celiac covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act? Shouldn't the
school be able to provide a GF lunch or at least no hassle about it? GF food
and snack are a hassle but not impossible and only really need a little
planning on the school's part.
