Pardon if this is an obvious one... I am a generally
very healthy person (exercise, ideal weight, adhere to
GF diet, all my blood "levels" are good, no ongoing
side effects or complications), but I seem to catch
every cold or flu thing possible. This was not the
case before diagnosis 2 1/2 years ago, but I'm
wondering if it's coincidental too, as we have a 2 1/2
year old daughter, and little kids are of course
bacteria and virus magnets. So maybe it's just one of
the many joys of parenthood. :)

I'm not talking (or looking for feedback on) severe
illnesses that result, or advice to wash my hands
more; rather, has anyone else experienced increased
susceptibility and done anything to raise their
immunity to generally available colds and flus (herbs,
supplements, certain foods)?

Thanks in advance!
Craig
