A major food company is looking for 100 families to evaluate gluten-free
bread in their homes and provide feedback via an online survey. This is a
one-time involvement with product pick-up in Bloomington, MN the evening of
Thursday, Sept 4th.

This in-home test is for those families whose members all eat gluten-free,
as well as families whose members include both people with celiac disease
(and therefore do not eat gluten) and family members who do eat gluten.
Even if you're a family of one - please consider participating in this test!

All participants in the study will evaluate the following gluten-free
breads:

*          White bread

*          Multigrain bread

*          Cinnamon and raisin bread

Participants who eat gluten-free will also evaluate three commercially
available gluten-free breads.

Participants who do eat gluten (and don't have celiac disease), will also
evaluate a commercially available bread that does contain gluten.

Participation in the study involves picking up the bread samples in the
evening on Thursday, Sept. 4 and attending one 15-minute instructional
session during pick-up. The 15-minute sessions are scheduled for 6:30,
6:45, 7:00 and 7:15 pm. The pick-up location is in Bloomington, MN near the
intersection of 494 and France. You will receive pick-up location specifics
upon confirmation.

You will be paid $10 to cover your gas for picking up the bread.
Additionally, you will receive seven bread samples (six gluten-free and one
containing gluten).

Note the following requirements to participate in this study:

Participants must be at least 5 years old and must not:

*          Be diabetic

* Be epileptic and have a history of seizures

* Be alcoholics or users of drugs of abuse or a recovering
alcoholic or drug user

* Have phenylketonuria (an intolerance to phenylalanine)

* Have a history of circulatory, liver, kidney and/or other
systemic disease

* Have hypertension that is not controlled by prescription
medication

* Avoid specific foods because they contain low-calorie sweeteners
or artificial colors

* Have a sensitivity to caffeine or avoid caffeine-containing foods
and beverages

* Have any food allergies, including allergies to soy, eggs, milk,
fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, or sulfites

* Have any other dietary restrictions or other health or medical
conditional besides celiac disease that might be aggravated by testing any
food ingredients or products

* Have any sensitivities to fragrances or other aroma chemicals

* Be pregnant or a nursing mother
