Good grief!!!!!!!  I just looked at the label of ingredients on Meadow Gold
low fat buttermilk and it has modified food starch in it .  Anyone know the
source of the starch or their number.  I will try to find it.  I made a
bunch of waffles to freeze today and ate 2 of them.  I am not sensitive but
if that starch is wheat i sure contaminated my waffle iron, not to mention
my small intestine.  DARN!    I just looked as an after thought.  Guess I
won't do that again.  Agnes in Idaho
