I have noticed a few people mentioned things about corn gluten and rice gluten.
I thought these grains were gluten free.  Or is it just a small amount?  Yet
some people say a small amount can make you sick.  If I see corn gluten or rice
gluten as an ingredient I don't eat it but it this rational?  please clarify
this for me
