Hi all,

I'm going on my first vacation since starting the diet last fall.
I'll be in the area from 24 Jul-2 Aug.

Any health food stores near Coronado that sell the Food for Life breads
(Rice Almond is my favorite) and the EnerG flours?

Any restaurants or cafes that you locals recommend?  It would be a "real"
vacation if I didn't have to cook the entire time!
