I have posted 2 questions and received very helpful responses.  Thank you
so much to all of you.

For glucosamine, everybody says it is very helpful and GF per se, but check
with the companies to be sure they dont add binders containing gluten.

For the Newport RI Inn, Karen told me to inquire at:  www.inseekers.com
What I did but didnt received response yet.

Dick said he goes to Bed and Breakfast called Perryvile Inn in Rehobeth
Mass. and they are very helpful and he likes it a lot there.  It is a short
distance from Newport RI.
