My daughter's doctor has OK'd her to try oats. We just tested her blood (normal) and will re-test in a month after adding oats to her diet. My question: which oats are best to try? The doctor said to try any (he mentioned Quaker), but I've always heard that American oats are almost always contaminated. I've heard McCann's are OK but I'm not sure. Could anyone suggest a brand? Thanks.
